Capstone Valuation Services Group has Completed a Fair Market Valuation of Common Equity

Boston, MA - Capstone Partners LLC, a national investment banking advisory firm, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Capstone Valuation Services Group LLC, announced today that it has completed a fair market valuation of the enterprise value of a privately owned equipment rental, construction & engineering Company. The valuation was conducted for its management’s internal planning purposes, which include a potential sale of a minority equity ownership interest in the Company to an outside investor.
For purposes of this analysis, Capstone valuation specialists reviewed the Company’s projected cash flows, analyzed market multiples of publicly traded companies that possess similar business risks and returns, and reviewed precedent merger & acquisition (M&A) transaction multiples applicable to the Company’s earnings stream. The analysis included an assessment of the current state of the US construction industry which remains relatively weak despite the focus of Washington’s stimulus package.
