Timothy Schmidt Joins Capstone Partners as Vice President

Boston, MA - Capstone Partners LLC, a leading national investment banking advisory firm, today announced that Timothy Schmidt has joined the firm as a Vice President. Tim is responsible for the business development and market intelligence efforts within the Specialty Products industry group. This latest hire reflects Capstone’s continuing efforts to secure talented and experienced professionals to support the firm’s aggressive expansion and rapid growth of its brand nationally.

Prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Schmidt held a position in business development for a Boston-based middle market merger and acquisitions advisory firm, where he focused his efforts on the medical device, electronic sensors & controls, and radio frequency & microwave components sectors. Prior to that, Tim was the director of business development for Emerson Investment Management, a boutique investment advisor catering to high net worth individuals. Before Emerson, Tim was a Vice President and Branch Manager for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., a leading retail financial services firm.
