Boston, MA - Capstone Partners LLC, a national investment banking advisory firm dedicated to middle market transactions, today announced that Nicholas Pollard has agreed to join the firm as a Vice President.  Nicholas is responsible for the research and business development efforts within the Specialty Products market sector.  He has over 10 years of equity research, business development and corporate finance experience.  This latest hire marks Capstone’s continued efforts to secure senior level professionals from Wall Street to support the firm’s aggressive expansion and rapid growth of its brand nationally.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked for UBS AG in the Corporate & Executive Services area, with a primary focus on venture capital financed corporations.   Nick also served as an Associate Equity Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Adams Harkness, and H.C. Wainwright, where he covered small-to-mid cap corporations in the enterprise software, IT services, life science and medical device sectors.  He began his career at Merrill Lynch where he worked with middle-market corporations and executives.
