Boston, MA - Capstone Partners LLC, a national investment banking advisory firm dedicated to middle market transactions, today announced that Kevin Jolley has agreed to join the firm as a Director.  Mr. Jolley will focus on originating and executing middle market merger and acquisition transactions for the Specialty Products group.  He has over 12 years of investment banking, syndicated bank loan and corporate finance experience. This latest hire marks Capstone’s continued efforts to secure senior level professionals from other Wall Street investment banks to support the firm’s aggressive expansion and the rapid growth of its brand nationally.

Prior to joining Capstone, Kevin served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group at Adams Harkness, completing over 20 transactions including private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and advisory assignments.  Kevin also served as an Associate in the Debt Capital Markets Group of FleetBoston Robertson Stephens, Inc.  Before Fleet, Kevin was at Textron Inc. where he worked in the Strategic Planning, Internal Audit and Mergers & Acquisitions departments. He also has four years of finance experience with Oracle Corporation. 

Kevin received his B.A. from Brown University and his M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.  He is qualified as a General Securities Representative.
