Boston, MA - Capstone Partners LLC, a national investment banking advisory firm, today announced that John Gingrich has agreed to join the firm as Vice President.  Mr. Gingrich will focus on originating and executing middle market merger and acquisition transactions for the Business Services group.  He has over five years of business strategy consulting and private equity experience in a variety of business services segments including corporate benefits administration, human capital management, transaction processing, value-added distribution, third-party logistics and IT services.  This latest hire marks Capstone’s continued efforts to secure talented and experienced professionals to support the firm’s aggressive expansion and rapid growth of its brand nationally.

Prior to joining the firm, John worked at Castle Island Partners where he focused on evaluating and executing middle market private equity transactions.  John also served in the Consulting and New Business Development group at Fidelity Investments where he worked with senior managers throughout the company to develop comprehensive growth strategies.  Prior to Fidelity Investments, he worked at Braun Consulting, advising senior executives in Fortune 100 companies on a broad range of strategic issues.  John holds a BA in Economics from Carleton College and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.  John can be reached directly at (617) 619-3329 and jgingrich@capstonellc.com.
