Capstone Partners Promotes Justin Ross and Scott Leach to Associate

Boston, MA - Capstone Partners LLC, a national investment banking firm dedicated to middle market transactions, today announced the promotions of Justin Ross and Scott Leach to Associate within the firm. “Both Justin and Scott have been anchor professionals within Capstone’s team over the past several years and have consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty for clients. They are strong entrepreneurs with exciting leadership and transactional skills and we are looking forward to supporting their growth,” commented John Ferrara, Capstone’s Founder and Managing Partner.
Justin became a member of Capstone in 2006 and is responsible for executing and originating transactions in the industrial, consumer, and medical manufacturing and distribution sectors. Prior to joining Capstone, Justin was an equity analyst at Battle Road Research, an independent investment research firm focusing on the technology sector. Justin holds a BA in Economics from Brandeis University.
Scott joined Capstone in 2006 focused on the Technology Solutions sector and is responsible for client company diligence, modeling, and marketing. He was previously with the Consulting Services Group at Thomson Financial working on modeling and valuation for clients in the financial services industry, and holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
