Capstone Elevates Kevin Jolley To Key Leadership Positions
Boston, MA - December 18, 2006 - Capstone Partners LLC, a national investment banking firm, announced that Kevin Jolley has been promoted to Managing Director. In conjunction with the promotion, Mr. Jolley will also serve as Co-Head of Capstone’s Specialty Products industry group and as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. John Ferrara, Capstone’s President and Managing Partner, commented, “Kevin has clearly demonstrated his advanced management skills with our clients and their transactions as well as with our own people internally. Prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Jolley was an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Adams Harkness and the Debt Capital Markets group at FleetBoston Robertson Stephens, Inc. Mr. Jolley also worked at Textron Inc. in its Strategic Planning, Internal Audit and Mergers & Acquisitions departments as well as Oracle Corporation in its finance department. Mr. Jolley received his B.A. from Brown University and his M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He is qualified as a General Securities Representative.
