Capstone Partners Promotes David DeSimone to Director

Boston, MA - Capstone Partners LLC, a national investment banking advisory firm dedicated to middle market transactions, today announced the promotion of David DeSimone to a Director of the firm. Mr. DeSimone, who joined Capstone Partners in 2005, has developed industry expertise and transaction execution capabilities that are at the core of Capstone’s long term commitment to technology companies across various verticals and the firm’s dedication to offering senior investment banking attention and Wall Street expertise to its clients.

David is responsible for working with clients on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, divestitures, and recapitalizations. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeSimone was a Vice President at Boenning & Scattergood, a Philadelphia-based middle market investment bank, where he worked with clients across a variety of industries and developed the firm’s technology practice. David also worked at Needham & Company where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and equity offerings for middle-market technology and biotechnology companies. David has experience as an associate at Robertson Stephens, and as an analyst at J.P. Morgan in New York. David received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University.
