Capstone Partners Formalizes Corporate Restructuring Practice

Boston, MA - Capstone Partners LLC, a leading national investment banking firm, announced that it has formally branded a corporate restructuring services (CRS) practice that will be focused on reorganizations and specialty M&A and financing transactions. The restructuring practice is a natural extension for Capstone Partners given the firm’s successful history in assisting middle market shareholders through specialty situations. The CRS practice, which will be spearheaded by Capstone’s Managing Partner, John Ferrara, will be deployed across the firm’s vertical industry coverage areas, including Business Services, Specialty Products and Technology Solutions.

Depending upon the circumstances, these solutions will include both strategic and/or financial transaction alternatives. Examples of the range of services to be provided by the CRS practice include plan development and implementation management, creditor and investor negotiations, financial restructuring and refinancing (both debt and equity), distressed or underperforming M&A, and divestiture of non-core assets.
