Capstone Partners Expands Global Coverage to Europe

Capstone Partners has formed an international alliance with Kroll Zolfo Cooper LLC in Europe to strengthen its international distribution channels for client transactions. Kroll is a large, fully integrated corporate advisory firm with broad European market coverage. Noah Brown, a Vice President with Capstone, stated, “This is just an extension of our legacy with Andersen. The professionals at Kroll Corporate Finance were part of our global team and we trust them to put our clients in front of them.” Brown also added, “Having feet on the street overseas is powerful. They can see things that other investment banks will miss. They have already helped us on one of our client engagements.” This move marks Capstone’s continued efforts to build a middle market platform that offers unique capabilities within its industry. “We believe our middle market customers deserve the same global coverage as their large corporate peers, and this partnership helps Capstone deliver on that” noted Scott Yen, a Vice President at Capstone.
