Tom provides M&A advisory services within the B2B and B2C media and marketing services sector. He is known for delivering high-value results to entrepreneurs, private equity firms and strategic corporations within the media sector as well as adjacent markets, such as events and conferences. Tom has over 25 years’ experience in investment banking specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory across the business-to-business and consumer media, communications and marketing services sectors, with expertise in content and information, trade shows, conferences, digital media and marketing, and education.
Prior to joining Capstone Partners, he served as a Managing Director at the Jordan, Edmiston Group, Inc. (“JEGI”) for the past thirteen years where he was instrumental in the successful completion of dozens of transactions, including deals involving New Bay Media, Herff Jones, Northstar Travel Media, Christianity Today, Jonas Software, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and many other organizations. Tom is very-well known within in the industry for offering clients a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the media and marketing services industries, with extensive sell-side, buy-side and advisory expertise.
